I for sure don't have a dog in this fight, but ... One would hope that qualifying events measure and reward operating techniques that will be needed and rewarded in WRTC 2018. Does this mean that WRTC 2018 will have QTCs and allow assistance? Just wondering. Contest Exuberantly, Hank, W6SX
