[CQ-Contest] QRP

I wish that someone could teach this to the RTTY guys. It is not uncommon
to hear a station send my callsign several times during a QSO while I am
running.

I can think of only one instance where it would be correct to send  the
CQing station's call...if two stations are CQing on the same freq and you 
call
one of them.  That's it!
