[CQ-Contest] Logging /QRP

"Log what you copy" is taken far too literally in many reflector threads.
Instead, "log what is being communicated, in the context of the contest
rules".

Thus, /QRP is superfluous to the contest. Just ignore it. It is no more
relevant than "Please copy ...".

In a phone contest, when someone says "California", do you spell it out
fully in your log, or use the contest-designated abbreviation of 'CA'? Does
your log show '5NN' or '599' in CW contests? Log what the other station is
communicating, not the style in which he does it.

Apply this thinking and most situations are obvious.

Perhaps someone can fill me in on what happens when I work someone
signing W1XYZ/QRP and I log him as W1XYZ? Which I do all the time. /QRP
may mean something to the sender but on this receiving end it means
nothing to me other than a misuse of a location identifier.... Is there
a penalty to me for that? I may have to change my ways..-
