[CQ-Contest] NAQP "multiple station: rule

Most people have been quoting a rule that seems kind of ambiguous to
me. However, I have not seen anyone mention this rule: In section 12.
Valid Contact under the rules it says: "Regardless of the number of
licensed call signs issued to a given operator, one and only one call
sign shall be utilized during the contest by that operator." That
seems pretty obvious to me.
