[CQ-Contest] Phone SS - Be there !

This is one of those rare years when there are two weeks between Phone 
SS and CQWW CW. Imagine that - you will have 12 days to recover between 
major contests !

The are many Phone SS section records dating back to the 1990's. With 
all the sunspots, this is the year to set new standards that will hold 
until the next sunspot cycle. But one element may be lacking - activity. 
We can do something about that. Get on. Challenge yourself to make not 
just a few hundred contacts, but 500, 1000, 1500 or more QSO's.
