[CQ-Contest] Alternative 2 meter packet link in Bellingham WA area?

Can anyone tell me of an alternative 2 meter packet link to
the DX cluster in the Bellingham WA area?

My normal access point VE7CC at 145.71 has been down for
weeks, and I would like to find an alternative for backup. I do
not have internet access available at my shack, so 2 meter
packet is vital.
