[CQ-Contest] NCCC Sprint Ladder #23 - Starts Thursday night

*NCCC Sprint Ladder XXIII - "Contesting on the Edge"      *


Starting this week and continuing for 8 weeks, Thursday night in NA,
0230-0300Z (Fri UTC).  NSL is a fast and short weekly contest especially
useful for improving or maintaining CW Sprint skills.  We’re returning to
wine awards from W0YK based on a weighted random drawing method:
participate significantly for just 5 of 8 weeks for a chance to win.

*Important rules:*
         --  *15, 20, 40, 80 and 160m*  38-44 KHz up from band edge,
1813-18 on 160m.
          -- *100 watts max*
          -- Sprint format, *mults per band* and 1 KHz minimum QSY.
          -- Contact stations once per band.
          -- Score reports to 3830scores.com (tks, WA7BNM)

-- Results (after Wk 2) summarized immediately on

          -- Participate in 5 of 8 sessions to qualify for wine awards

    *Additional guidelines:*
        1) Strictly observe the 30 min limit

        2) After 2nd Q of couplet, pause for the receiving station
acknowledge or ask for fills.
        3) Spread out. *Use full freq range.* Consider a QSY of 2-3 KHz
(Minimum 1KHz QSY)
        4) Code Speed:  Participants will slow down when appropriate.
Speeds around 40 wpm are discouraged but allowed.
