Great idea, Dave! How can we wire a foot switch into that? :)
Seriously, I agree, sitting for long periods of time is hazardous.
Lately I've been wearing compression socks for the long contests but I
don't think that's optimal either.
The best I can come up with is getting up once an hour or so to run
around the QTH, use the restroom, and grab another bottle of water.
That really cuts into the rate though because you almost always have
to find a new frequency when you come back :(
