[CQ-Contest] WAE QTC Tactics

For me, WAEs are good practice for SO2V operation - if I  hit an EU station in the midst of a QTC, hit A=B, listen in the "other" ear while continuing tuning.When I hear TU, go back.


I wouldn't want to see more contests have QTCs, but I like the odd tradition of WAE.

> Every time I tuned 20 and 15 Meters all I could hear were EU guys taking QTCs. I waited, then called, got beat by another station who proceeded to send them 10 QTCs. And so on. So I just quit. No certificate for me. This definitely was a contest for the Big Boys, not for somebody just trying to work a few people.
