[CQ-Contest] High Rate Dual Radio CQing

The point of SO2R is to increase rate and score.  Conditions at the time,
and operator skill, determine whether the tactic is to run on one radio and
S&P on the other, or run on both, or dual-CQ, or S&P on both.

A number of us have been running two interleaved pileups on RTTY for over 20
years now.  That mode is a great way to train the different SO2R techniques
without the "distraction" of also copying two code streams!

With some hardware assist, it is possible to not only interleave two
parallel transmissions, but also interleave segments of transmissions.
You've probably heard the timing delays from multi-op stations who are
experimenting with this.

No. The point of SO2R, for the vast majority of SO2R users, is to run on 
one radio, while S&P on another radio, with a lockout to prevent 
transmitting on both radios simultaneously.
