[CQ-Contest] ARRL DX contest and Low power

Bob,

I agree with you.  I'll be on either 15 or 20 SB/LP, depending on condx 
the next few days, and although I certainly won't be competitive from 
the western US, it's nice to be able to compare apples with apples in 
the results.
