[CQ-Contest] where discuss dx issues???

Where is a good place to discuss, not just post, matters that are DX related?
I want, non-rant and reasonable site (such exists?) that allows real back and forth discussion of DX topics.Dont tell me the New Jersey DX Chat one because I have been banned from that one for years for speaking plainly.
