I have a problem with XII: A. 6. Running stations not identifying in a timely manner (i.e., 1 minute). One minute? This strongly favors callers running assisted in a big way, and makes it very difficult for those not assisted to S&P. It also makes dupes more likely. 73, Jim K9YC
