Hogwash. Look at numbers by ZONE. Contesters in non-competitive zones 
vote with their feet. And CQWW is the dumbest contest in terms of 
operating skill -- for the vast majority of QSOs, if you get the call 
right, the zone is automatic, and inserted by the logging software. USA 
is the most notable exception.
