[CQ-Contest] Contest Within a Contest (CWAC) - how to implement?

Pete,

Part of the appeal of a contest within a contest from an administration
perspective is lost if the CWAC sponsor must rescore each log. If you can
think of a way to use the sponsor's scoring, then that portion of the work
is done. As an added benefit, the CWAC sponsor, provided they are
independent of the group sponsoring the contest, will avoid most disputes
in scoring, since the scoring is done by a disinterested third party (with
significant incentive of their own to get the scoring correct).
