[CQ-Contest] Reducing Pain in Ears and Bum while Contesting

I have three sets of headphones, Bose QC15, Yamaha CM500 and some generic ear buds.
I find that they all hurt a different place and I rotate through them during a contest.
The Heil's didn't suit me.
