[CQ-Contest] Log submission ok

I'll second Randy's encouragement to use the Log Submittal webpage.  It is a
benefit to the user because

 (1) it finds more formatting errors than the robot,
 (2) it reports those errors in a more understandable way, and
 (2) it allows instant correction and feedback before actually submitting
the log file to the robot.  So, one can iterate quickly until the errors are
all corrected.

These cycles take literally just seconds to perform and then the properly
formatted log file can be submitted to the robot from the same webpage.

As a log checker, I use this webpage to correct the format of logs that make
it through the robot but still have errors, because it is more efficient
than other methods of editing.

The web page makes additional checks beyond what the email robot does. These
can help remove common errors that may cost a few QSOs. 

Either way, I am happy that you were able to submit your log.
