[CQ-Contest] When is it OK to refuse to give out a QSO?

I assume you did not mean W2GD, rather W2ID, at the end of your message.  

I emphatically do not agree with you.  In the time you ignored W2ID you could have worked him five or six times.  He probably could not hear the DX you were hearing.
