[CQ-Contest] When is it OK to refuse to give out a QSO?

And we wonder why your people have no interest in our hobby?  It is 
pretty clear to me.  How many people might have been listening to the N7 
exchange where young people were present in some OM's shack? or heard 
other similar incidences of really bad behavior?

Honestly maybe we all should look in the mirror.  Mabye that person 
running a 50 year old HW 101 was the next N2IC or W2GD?   You never 
know.  It only takes one bad impression to send people packing from the 
hobby.

This is probably why I haven't bothered to turn a radio on in months.
