[CQ-Contest] Counting uniques

Something that occurs to me is that the algorithm CT1BOH developed for
use in ARCluster V6 to pick upbusted calls in RBN output might be
adapted totest the premise that most uniques are busts. It delivers a
numerical probability that a spot is in fact a bust, and if so, of what
real, non-unique. Perhaps that could lead to a probabilistic approach
to deciding which are which. I assume you guys are already running the
uniques against qrz.com.
