Just could not refrain....
I love the game of inventing names for categories. Instead of Connected and 
Unconnected I suggest Connected and Disconnected.
Other pairs can be:
Loved and Deserted
Happy and Sad
Lucky and Miserable
Faithful and Betrayed
Married and Single
Cheerful and Gloomy
