Steve,

I'm sure I speak for all of us in thanking you both for taking on this 
responsibility and for keeping Rich's legacy alive. My antenna farm is 
modest compared to his and to that of other major stations like his, but 
all have two thing in common -- first, we depend upon the kindness of 
our neighbor hams in building and maintaining our stations,  and second, 
it costs money to do the things we and volunteers can't do ourselves, 
and to buy stuff.

By the end of the lease I/we will hopefully have figured out exactly what it takes to maintain an operation like this and have a long term plan in place.  I just hope we are a bit worthy to carry on the legacy.  The one regret I have is ...I didn't know Rich's XYL Jyl very well before this, but that is one smart, strong, and classy woman, who was *very* concerned and flexible about keeping the place in the contest community.
