[CQ-Contest] antenna modeling using local terrain

HFTA won't model vertically polarized antennas so it won't handle an 
inverted-L.

As far as purchasing online, they probably don't want to put up with 
pirates.  If you don't think that's a problem among hams, you're mistaken.
