[CQ-Contest] signing TEST at the end...not so bad

What's wrong with it is those of us who like to move quickly up and down 
the band, not anticipating the TEST at the end, will start replying 
after the callsign ends.  Haven't you ever noticed you're only getting 
suffixes at times?
