[CQ-Contest] CQWW Committee Restructured

Does anyone other than perhaps 0.000000000001% of the readers on this channel actually think that a contest committee member's QTH has anything to do with how the contest is managed? I mean, really?

I'm envisioning a smoke-filled room in Newington where the inner circle of ARRL's contest men are saying, "Whatever we do, let's make sure the CAC doesn't screw it up for the Connecticut ops."
