[CQ-Contest] Convergence and Change

I have a skimmer system here.  When I'm running unassisted, the N1MM telnet 
window is closed and I receive no spots.  I really cannot see how a telnet 
feed off a cluster, etc would be any different.  The skimmer is showing you 
calls and frequencies.  That sure seems like ASSISTED to me.

You are proposing a significant rule change.  Some of us believe that 
software within the station, providing the same information as the packet 
cluster (other operators and/or remote software) should continue to be 
excluded in single operator categories.
