Hi, Mike,

I am sorry to hear that. Compared to the stations in the states, most of
the BYs live in urban area. Also you have to consider the much larger
population, that is bringing in all kinds of RFI. Look at Manhattan or
downtown Chicago, you'll get what I mean.

So basically yes, BYs live in noises.
