Michael,

Thanks for the insight.  I understand that HS0 is pretty bad around the 
towns and cities.

I am in a decent noise area for now, but the city keeps moving in on me 
and light rail trains will be passing much too close and I am sure will 
cause me great frustration to EU within 5 years. :(
