[CQ-Contest] RDXC Entry Reclassified to High Power

Ron,
you misunderstood me. My point is whether it should be meant that any contest organizer like ARRL or VERON really should obey to any informal "group of the wise guys" before that organizer is allowed to DQ someone in THEIR competition.
