[CQ-Contest] CQ Heidenheim an der Brenz

My friend Dickson, EL2DT, is currently in Heidenheim an der Brenz (I hope
this is the correct way to say this) for about 2 weeks taking some training
for his job in Liberia.  He would truly welcome the opportunity to meet
some contesters/DXers while he is there.  He has little experience
