[CQ-Contest] Log what was sent

This discussion is kind of lacking common sense. There are times when you should just log what is sent, and times where the best option is simply to not log the station at all:

1. A station is running lots of calls but giving out a slightly strange exchange. Log what they send- log checkers will notice regardless of whether this station submits a log that something is off.

2. You are running and a station gives you a clearly wrong exchange (CQ vs ITU zone, "599 state" in SS, etc). Ask for the correct info, and if they won't give it to you just tell them "SRI NIL" and move on. Contests have rules, and the most basic part of contest rules is having the correct exchange.
