[CQ-Contest] 3V8SS disqualified from WW SSB and WRTC

I advocated for this in a previous post.
However we received zero skimmer spots on 10m in the ARRL DX but we were
spotted 8 times by others. Thanks for those spots. AZ and Calif were
the majority of contacts on 10m yet no skimmers. Weird.
