[CQ-Contest] Multi 2 locking device?

I was confused by Luis's intentions because of his "burned front ends" 
comment.

- Prevent the two radios from transmitting simultaneously (regardless of 
band)?
- Prevent the two stations from transmitting simultaneously on the same 
band?
- Prevent the two radios from even being on the same band? (QSY prevention - 
no Tx needed)

It sounded to me like he wanted that third option.

His concern was so that station 1 and station 2 would never end up on
the same band at the same time.

Does N1MM+ have software lock outs for this?
