[CQ-Contest] DC in NAQP, WHY?

For a short domestic contest, DC is not that difficult for a contest expedition. When my daughter lived across the river in Arlington, while visiting in the District I looked at places imagining a simple dipole/vertical expedition setup. There are such places once you get away the tourist areas around the Mall. I recall a park across the river from Reagan airport, as well as locations in Rock Creek Park, as possibilities.
I only ever operated from the District once, for an hour or so in a ten meter contest while on a trip ferrying a car to my daughter. She has since moved to the NYC area, so future DC trips are not likely.
