[CQ-Contest] Borrowing callsigns / location / awards?

I was one of the ops "at" KU1CW in WPX.  This was a remote M/M operation 
from Virginia, from W4AAW's station.  To the best of my knowledge, Alex 
doesn't live in KS any more (he didn't click his heels together?)  I 
believe he now lives in Washington state.

Yes, it's up to the op to create a new location, before signing/updating 
the LOTW file.  Garbage in, garbage out.
