---facts about locations and contesting and DXing...
1. For years, internet-accessed remote receivers have been available all
over the world and no fingerprints of usage of them are available.

2. More recently whole remote stations are available and equally lacking
tracing fingerprints.

3. Several remote rcvrs and or stations can be used either in tandem or
simultaneously from an also unknowable central point.

The idea of awarding operating achievements in this atmosphere of divergent
locations, etc. is not tenable.

Other methods of hidden assistance, via "buddies" feeding contacts, etc.,
have so polluted the awarding of operating achievements as to render them
non-sense and of no real merit.

Ham radio has evolved beyond the initial premises of contesting and
awards--one op, one station, one location--so that current awarding methods
have been circumvented and rendered without real merit.
