C. of the rules if you are in a top 3 World or Continent claimed score for your entry category you are required to provide a recording of your operation, if asked.The CQWW log checkers wanted to hear a recording of your 2016 operation.  You  were unable to provide this.  We reclassified your entry as a checklog as a result.I was informed by the log checkers that you were also asked for a recording after the 2015 contest, and did not provide one.  The log checkers archived your reply email from after the 2015 contest stating you did not have a recording for that contest either, which I have reviewed.  This demonstrates to me you were both aware of the rule, and chose not to follow it.  73Scott Robbins
