[CQ-Contest] Special slow-speed mini-CWTs this Wednesday

The mini-CWTs this Wednesday March 8 (1300-1400Z, 1900-2000Z, and
0300-0400Z Thursday morning UTC) will be special slow-speed (under 20 WPM
CW) sessions to welcome new graduates of the CWOps CW Academy courses. Past
and current CW Academy graduates and advisors will be signing CWA in place
of the usual CWOps member number/state/province/country in the exchange.

Please keep your speed down to 20 WPM in order to make new graduates feel
more welcome. Think of it as a way to ease back in to CW slowly after this
past weekend's SSB marathon. We'll be back up to full speed again the
following week (March 15-16).
