[CQ-Contest] Other ARRL rules that need to be fixed

I agree that the rule needs to be adjusted, but not in the same way.
I think the spirit of that rule was to prevent someone else from adjusting
the radio, adjusting antennas etc during the contest, not before.
I think a simple addition of "during the contest period" would accomplish
the desired objective. This would not preclude help for station building.
It would preclude a second operator helping tune and also optimize the
radio during crowded band conditions during the contest.
A single operator should be the only one operating the entire station
during the contest. Station, meaning beginning at the wall outlet and
ending at the antennas.
