[CQ-Contest] Prohibiting Interleaved CQs - killing Innovation

A comment that I understand and agree with.

I suspect there are lots of casual contesters out there, like me, who 
"participate" and make hundreds ( and sometimes many hundreds ) of QSOs 
in a contest without ( usually ) submitting logs.  I rarely submit a 
log, but when I do, I look carefully at the rules.  If I have not fully 
complied with the rules, I label mine a checklog.
