[CQ-Contest] Log what he sends?

The "what to log" question comes up all of the time. Sending improper
information, which likely occurs every contest, becomes a burden for both
the person making the QSO and the log checkers.

The CQWW FAQ offers sensible advice and is clear on this point.

you, it is your responsibility to convert it into the zone number you
thought they were trying to communicate."
