[CQ-Contest] CQWW SSB 2017 Effective DQ

I agree with John that you have to be sure you have the call right.  
Lack of a correction might mean s/he only heard part of your reply.  
Now, in something like a CWT, where members have unique numbers, and you 
use call history, you're a little safer if they match.
