[CQ-Contest] WRTC Qualifying

Like I said, I have some preparation for 2022, including significant
station improvements and/or another station.

Yes I’m aware of those who qualified from PA. There are many factors at
play but it’s indisputable that the further NE one goes the rates to Europe
increase significantly.
