[CQ-Contest] WRTC Log Checking

My log, which was excepted, had “DX” for location, not the ITU zone which
was the exchange for most entrants. In N1MM+ you can either select your
ARRL section or DX. No other options are available. You could always modify
it manually in the text file but that shouldn’t be necessary.

But, that said, it sure can’t hurt to try the ITU zone. It might just work.
