[CQ-Contest] WRTC Log Checking

Everything you need to know about all of the fields in the Cabrillo file can be found at

Putting anything other than DX or an ARRL section in the LOCATION field is wrong.

The header looks OK.  I suspect there is some other issue in the file.  It seems you were trying to submit via the WRTC upload page.  All logs submitted to the ARRL/IARU web upload page by 1600z were also used for WRTC checking.
