[CQ-Contest] Firmware version 1.10 for the IC-7610 breaks waterfall displays

Icom has released V1.11 of the IC7610 firmware which fixes the issue.
They did this 10 days after 1.10 was released. This is a remarkably
quick turnaround time for a company its size to respond.
Thanks to Icom for standing behind their product.
