[CQ-Contest] WRTC Team Warm-Up

Some WRTC2018 teams are using this weekend's RDXC contest to get practice
and test equipment.  Contest is both SSB & CW, continues through 1200 UTC
tomorrow, and is on the normal bands.  No sending of names required!

WRTC2018  asked that if you work one of the teams, please comment on the
WRTC Facebook page or, even better, record a "snippet" and post it:

While there is no official list of teams participating this weekend,
