[CQ-Contest] Is list moderation really necessary?

It's ironic that your post shows up immediately below Doug's in my 
mailbox ... the one where he says he had to shut down the "Questions" 
tab at CQWW. com because of excessive spam.  It would seem that 
intentional QRM is a pervasive problem.
