[CQ-Contest] KH7X in AZ

I know this isn't a rule, but ..I do think folks who have KH/KL/KP calls
should sign /W7 or whatever when they operate from the lower 48. Just seems
like a courtesy, and it's what I do when I'm in the situation. It's also
why I'm going to get a club call to use down there (and a Canadian license,
because .. KL7SB/VY2 is ..miserable!

It is a valid callsign for use in the USA.

This would be an issue in a contest like CQ WW where the multiplier status
is determined by the callsign. In Sweepstakes, the section is part of the
exchange so including extra portable info is not required.

Which is good, because neither you or I sent /0 or /1 as part of our call
last weekend.
