[CQ-Contest] FT4 - Robotic Contesting

ARRL RTTY roundup has allowed digital modes for years now. Last year
they specifically allowed FT8. I don't see it being an issue. There
will still be a lot of manual intervention. You can't just fire up the
software and walk away.
